Refund policy
XOTIK's goal is that you are completely satisfied with our product. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@xotikmodel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our RETURN FORM, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Product sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges for returning the product. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to XOTIK in any way.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged products include those that have been damaged during shipping. If a shipment arrives with damage, please refuse the delivery.
If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork, please do not throw anything away. A claim can then be filed with the shipper and XOTIK will keep you informed about the status.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
