Where will XOTIK ship to?
Currently we are only shipping to North America (USA, Canada, and Mexico).
How will XOTIK process your order?
We will handle each order with care and provide the safest shipping solution for your orders.
Shipping methods & time
USA Warehouse: Will ship cars and parts to North America customers only using US Postal Service or UPS at our discretion. Shipping time is not guarantee and no postage is refunded due to shipper or customs clearance delays.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Unsuccessful delivery
There is no refund on any unsuccessful delivery due to damaged or lost items. Shipping insurance can be purchased to cover these events during checkout.
Return parcel by carrier
Parcel may be returned to us for one of the following reasons:
- Unclaimed
- Insufficient address
- Moved, left no address
- Returned for better address
- No such street or number
- Not deliverable as addressed unable to forward
- No mail receptacle
- Vacant
- Refused
- Attempted - Not Known
- Box Closed - No Order
For any returned parcel, the customer will be responsible for all return delivery charges and additional shipping charges if goods are to be reshipped.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. The email will contain tracking information (if applicable) as well as a link to track your package online.
